About Mindful Voices & Movement
Mindful Voices & Movement was created to support families in navigating communication and movement development through everyday life. We believe that meaningful progress happens in real-world environments—through daily routines, interactions, and experiences shared with the people who matter most.
Our approach focuses on providing guidance, education, and practical strategies that caregivers can confidently use at home. Rather than relying on structured or clinical settings, we work alongside families to help them support communication, movement, and overall development within their natural environments.
With backgrounds in speech and physical development, we understand how closely communication and movement are connected. From early childhood through adulthood, our goal is to help caregivers feel supported, informed, and empowered to encourage growth in ways that are realistic, sustainable, and meaningful.
At Mindful Voices & Movement, we believe that when families feel confident and supported, individuals are better able to communicate, move, and engage with the world around them.
We are based in Jacksonville, Florida, serving families in Fleming Island, Orange Park, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, and surrounding Northeast Florida communities, with both in-person and virtual support available.
